The fifth edition of Box Cricket League is all set to go on floor on 28th of this month and it is just a practice the actual shoot starts from 15th of December. It is happening at Rs.1.5 crore set (in that 80 lakhs is for set, remaining for lighting arrangements and technical additions) erected by art director Mohan B Kere in his Nelamangala location.

The inauguration is on 4th December and regular BCL starts from 6th. In 10 days A and B group of 100 plus actors are taking part in it. In each team there will be three female artists. As of now Khamar is alone handling the show and expecting sponsors in a short while from now.

Box Cricket League in Sandalwood, is ready for its small screen debut shortly. 120 players of the eight teams in BCL Sandalwood will be from the Kannada film industry.


In this BCL Aindrita Ray, Dhananjay, Raghu Mukherjee, Huchcha Venkat, Parul Yadav, Neethu, Kavya Shetty, Sangeeth Bhat, Diganth, Shobraj, Shravya Rao, Dinakar Toogudeepa, Dharma Keerthiraj, Sindhu Loknath and Adi Lokesh and others have expressed their association.
